Miss Le Rich: May 2011

On April 30 2011 at River Oaks Country club the Houston chapter of Pure Fashion held it's annual fashion show. It was an honor to participate in this celebration of style and virture that was organized with so much love and dedication by the girls, the team and sponsors.

The girls woke up bright and early to get ready for the show!

The event also had a silent auction filled with gorgeous and generous gifts!

We were also so blessed with the presence and soulful voice of Elizabeth Campisi

The clothing for the show was sponsored by Affection Boutique. A million thanks to Paula for her generosity.

Outside the guests were busy auctioning items and shopping!

Paula also helped style the show with her accessories. The girls were so excited to wear their outfits.

She made sure every detail was perfect. And we were ready for a show!

They looked so beautiful. Every single one of these outfits follows the Pure Fashion guidelines and we proved that modest does not compromise being stylish, feminine AND models.

After the show we saw what an impact our show made to the younger girls in the audience.

Even the little girls were inspired to take the stage!

Our show was a success! I felt like such a proud mommy and again I was reminded why I do this… Because they inspire ME to strive my hardest to be a role model and deserving leader. I am confident that we have a group of bright young ladies that will go out into the world and spread the word about Pure Fashion and make a positive impact on other lives.

Le Rich couture also strives to send a positive message to women of all ages. Our Tee collection is a perfect example of positive messages that young women can be proud to wear. They make wonderful gifts for graduations, birthdays, or simply to make that special girl feel even more special!

Its wonderful to be able to read quotes by one of my favorite authors Paulo Coelho. He keeps and active blog with short personal stories “20 second stories” and “10 and 30 second readings”. It’s almost as though he is perfectly aware that our lives are too busy to sit down to think so he just gives us the important things we need to hear. In addition, he shares wonderful poetry by other authors, art and writes on topics such as philosophy, religion, and the experiences of life. I have always been deeply moved by the simplicity, sincerity and passion of Coelho’s words.

We all have secrets. My secret is that be that I kept this blog a secret from anyone for a very long time. I thought it was so special that I wanted to keep it to myself! Eventually, I decided that I should share with my friends because it was a little selfish of me not to share the profound messages. Frank Warren began this blog by requesting people to mail him secrets on postcards. After several years Frank has been able to collect so many secrets that he has published many books of JUST secrets. This is probably my all time favorite blog that I look forward to reading every Sunday. Sometimes I come home late Saturday nights and the first thing I do is check out the newest Sunday secrets.
